"I attended a "Savor Morocco" cooking class on my 5th trip to Morocco. One of my favorite things about Morocco is the wonderful food! I am thrilled to have personally experienced cooking and learning about the traditional recipes and the culture from our delightful teacher Nisrine, and our hosts Chris and Amy. The Riad is lovely, the cooking stations very efficient and the food smelled and tasted delicious! I'm most excited that I can actually duplicate the eggplant and tomato appetizer and the chicken / apricot tagine at home. Thanks for one of my all time favorite experiences in Morocco!"
